Clients understand and acknowledge that Liubov Pistsova is not an attorney. The Services provided are not legal advice and are limited to form preparation and procedural guidance. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information provided for the preparation of immigration forms and for final submission and legal determinations regarding their case.

 

3. Privacy and Confidentiality:
Liubov Pistsova respects Clients' privacy and confidentiality. Personal information will be used solely for providing the Services and handled in accordance with the following principles:

Liubov Pistsova does not guarantee any specific outcome from the use of her Services, including the approval of any immigration applications.

 

10. Modification and Termination:

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Liubov Pistsova is located and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

 

12. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes prior agreements related to the Services.

 

Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure by Liubov Pistsova to enforce any provision is not a waiver of rights or remedies.

 

Liubov Pistsova may update these terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
